- The world currently feels chaotic and complicated. We are watching it become overwhelmed by natural disasters, an ongoing mental health crisis, geopolitical strain and an overall sense of hopelessness. Not regulating the mind, or thought pollution, also affects the world around us, encouraging greed, envy, violence and environmental degradation.
- But spirituality can undo this damage and replace it with love, compassion and peace. When an individual embarks on a journey of transformation, a ripple effect creates a far-reaching wave of positive change, making our world a better, brighter, and more harmonious place.
- The Heartfulness way of Meditation encourages a lifestyle that is grounded in the qualities of the heart. Through its simple practices, only requiring one hour a day, Heartfulness allows us to be simple and in tune with the self, with others and with nature.
- Please arrive 30-45 minutes early to enjoy our welcome experience. Questions about the event can be directed to events@heartfulness.uk.
- We look forward to seeing you soon!
