About Heartfulness

Heartfulness is about feeling. Our entire life is led by feelings and inspiration, and that is the role of the heart. When we manage to listen to the heart and capture the inspiration that comes from within, we learn to master our life. The whole exercise of fine-tuning the heart with the mind is through meditation on the heart, and that is why it is called Heartfulness Meditation.

We support millions of people and over 500 meditation centers in over 160 countries to achieve a more balanced, centered, and peaceful life through meditation, yoga and other Heartfulness initiatives that support inner transformation and wellbeing.

Located on the outskirts of Hyderabad, India, Kanha Shanti Vanam is the world headquarters of Heartfulness. Kanha is home to the world’s largest meditation hall, with a staggering capacity of 100,000 people.
